HOW TO GET RID OF LIMITING BELIEFS AND START MANIFESTING

The biggest obstacle in manifesting your dreams is your negative beliefs and thoughts. Limiting beliefs or thoughts is something which stops us or holds us back from achieving what we are striving for.
So where does these limiting beliefs creep in from? Its is from around us.. people who has lot of influence on us like our parents, siblings, teachers, friends, colleagues etc. Depending on the time we have spend with a certain person the more influence they have on us and we thinking like them a lot. The current generation also get influenced via TV and digital media. In fact the impact that TV and social medias have on a person mind is enormous. They constantly poke us to create an ideology within us and keep strengthening it..
The most surprising part of this process is that it happens unconsciously. We keep absorbing these beliefs and they are reinforced over a period of time, without any specific effort from our end. Most of time the negative thinking patterns are built in our childhood and it keeps carrying forward to our adulthood.
Your life is a sum of your thoughts, belief and actions..
This is the reason why negative thoughts limit us.

Your negative thoughts can make you feel destitute and helpless. But you need to understand that you are in control of your belief, you have the power to accept and rejects your thoughts.

Being aware of your thoughts will help in identifying the negative ones from the positive ones and accordingly reject the negative and embrace the positive thoughts. Noticing your thoughts will bring your to a state of awareness and help you have better control on the way your speak, think or behave.
Get a grip over your life
Do not let other people think for you. Take back your control. Own your thoughts. Blaming other for what's happening in your life is a negative mindset. However owning your thoughts has a positive effect on yourself. So take charge of your beliefs and thoughts.
Face criticism and do not shy away
Listening to other people does not mean that we have to agree with them, but it does help us to develop our ability to see things from different perspectives. Listening to criticism helps us widen our scope of understanding and knowledge.
Be brave
Changing yourself can be scary. We have been falling back on the belief systems which we have been developing since childhood for taking any decision or reacting to anything happening to us. Changing these belief systems can make you feel unsure in the beginning. But it is worth exploring the adventures that come with learning new positive thoughts and belief rather than being stuck in the world of negativity.
Built a positive environment around you
You can alter your physical form by changing the diet you intake, similarly people around you feed with thoughts that you absorb and feed your mind. So if you want your mind to change, the diet of thoughts that you feed it has to change which also means the people around you also need to change. Filter you social media feeds and spend time with people who make you feel bright and happy.
So start tackling your limiting belief and move forward on the path to manifesting your dreams.
