Since the time I picked up the nuances of manifestation and start practicing and fulfilling my dreams, Journaling has always been by magical tool. Putting your feelings, experiences, dreams, thoughts etc., into words is a very powerful. Apart from it being a manifestation tool, journaling also helps one to cope with our every day life. You get to reflect on your thoughts and take appropriate action.
Let us understand why journaling is a magical tool for manifestation which can be used to attract your desired life and manifest anything you wish.
HOW DOES A MANIFESTATION JOURNAL WORK?
The journals you create acts like a vision board which will help you focus on what you wish to manifest. When you write and subsequently read it, it strengthens a manifestation mindset. Including gratitude in your journaling process also make the entire process very effective. Gratitude is a simple route to get your life back on track and to gain back our positive focus. It helps us to create a high vibrating energy, which is very effective during our manifestation process. This energy will only help you to manifest more positive power. Good things happen while you are in good vibrations.

Few more tips on how to effectively use journaling as a manifestation tool:
Don’t hold back – While writing, you need to let your words and feeling flow, do not hold yourself back. Write from your heart and with honesty.
It’s ok to dream big – Don’t be afraid to write down your dreams irrespective to what it is. If you believe that anything is possible then it will be. You just need to worry about WHAT you want and leave the rest to the universe.
Pen down your negative thoughts too – Journaling is not only about writing positive stuff, you can use this tool to release negative energy too. One technique I frequently use is to write down my negative thoughts on a piece of paper and then burn it as if saying good bye to them and let them out of your life. When you let negativity out, you are making space for positivity to enter.
Repetitions are ok – Remember, you are not writing a book for others to read. You are converting your thoughts and emotions into words. It is possible to feel or have the same emotions on multiple days, so it is but obvious that your journals may contain the same story or multiple time. Let it out, cleansing is required from the root.
Daily routine – Journaling should become part of your daily routine and it should ultimately become an habit, an healthy one at it. The amount of time you spend can be curtailed and limited to few mins to an hour as you deem fit and suits your other routines. I have personally found morning time as the best time to get absorbed into the journaling process. It keeps me positive during the entire day.
It's your secret – You can be more honest when your write for yourself rather than for someone else to read. Remember, expressing your true desires are very important while manifesting. The message we send to the Universe should be crystal clear.
Types of journals – When we start, we need a little bit of inspiration and motivation. I suggest you pick up a journal which suits your personality and that can give you that little nudge to get started.
Use journaling as a tool for affirmations - Affirmations refer primarily to the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment—fostering a belief that a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything. In simple words we train our mind to see ourselves at a place where we have actually accomplished or achieved what we dreamt about. The Law of Attractions says that we create the reality of our lives through our thoughts and our mindset. Affirmation helps us remove negative patterns and helps clears blocks that can affect the manifestation process.
In a nutshell, journaling helps us to release negative emotions and replace it with positivity. It helps us appreciate and enjoy all the beautiful things we have in our life no matter how small or big it is. It also helps us keep our focus on things we desire.
